What does a Premium Auditor do?

Our field auditors meet with clients onsite, virtually, or via phone, usually at the end of the policy period, to review business operations and financial records such as payroll and sales. They verify class codes as per industry and client standards.

Responsibilities include:

• Scheduling appointments with clients to conduct audits.
• Submitting reports through our web portal and exclusive software.
• Communicating with clients via phone, email, and face-to-face.
• Examining payroll and tax records.
• Evaluating operational practices.
• Maintaining confidentiality and integrity.

Qualifications:

• Must reside in the specified geographic area.
• Accounting or bookkeeping experience is helpful but not required.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Numbers-oriented with knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong analytical skills and deductive reasoning.
• Premium audit experience is not necessary; training provided.
