Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an Audit Reviewer to evaluate audits produced by staff and vendor auditors, interpret policies, and maintain strong communication with partners and customers by email and phone. The role emphasizes timely, accurate audit statement creation and service excellence across multiple lines of business.

The candidate will analyze audit questions, respond within authority levels, and deliver exceptional customer service while navigating state and company manual rules.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in related field or equivalent business experience.
• Premium Audit business experience preferred.
• Ability to research state and company manual rules for multiple lines of business.
• Strong written and verbal communication with business partners, agents, and customers.

Requirements

• Associate's Degree in related field preferred or equivalent business experience required
• Premium Audit business experience preferred
• Knowledge and/or ability to research and interpret state and company manual rules for multiple lines of business
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with business partners, agents, and customers by email and phone
• Ability to analyze and respond to audit questions and disputes within authority level
• Capability to create audit statements in automated systems
• Willingness to undergo a comprehensive background check and drug screen after accepting a formal offer
• Additional credit or MVR screening may be required for some positions
