Job Description
The Premium Audit Customer Service Representative is responsible for managing and coordinating all communication activities related to S&S premium audits. This role handles phone and email inquiries, provides clear and accurate information to clients, and supports the audit team in delivering high-quality service while contributing to the overall success of the premium audit process.
We are hiring for multiple positions and fully remote.
What you will do for C&F:
- Client Communication
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding premium audit inquiries and issues.
- Respond to phone calls and emails promptly, providing accurate and detailed information.
- Explain audit processes, findings, and recommendations to clients in a clear and understandable manner.
- Complete Non-Compliant Audit communications to the insured/business partners to gather premium audit documentation.
- Coordination and Support
- Coordinate communication between clients and the premium audit team to ensure smooth and efficient audit processes.
- Assist auditors in gathering necessary information and documentation from clients.
- Schedule and confirm audit appointments, ensuring all parties are informed and prepared.
- Documentation and Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of all communications and interactions with clients.
- Prepare and distribute audit reports, summaries, and other relevant documents to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Track and report on communication metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
- Process Improvement
- Identify opportunities to enhance communication processes and client interactions.
- Develop and implement best practices for managing premium audit communications.
- Collaborate with the audit team to streamline workflows and improve overall service delivery.
- Compliance and Quality Assurance
- Ensure all communications comply with company policies, industry regulations, and audit standards.
- Review and verify the accuracy of information provided to and received by clients.
- Address and resolve any client concerns or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Performs all other duties and special projects as assigned.
What you will bring to C&F:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience with an equivalent to a High School diploma; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Crum & Forster is committed to a workplace free from discriminatory pay disparities and to pay equity laws. Salary ranges are available for all positions at this location and may be adjusted for market conditions. The advertised annual base pay ranges from a minimum of $26,900 to a maximum of $50,600, with actual pay based on factors including responsibilities, skills, and performance. There may be opportunities for discretionary equity or performance-based pay programs.
