Premium Audit Auditor II

Zurich North America is hiring a Premium Audit Auditor II to join our team! We are open to hiring talent in the following locations: California, Idaho, Nevada, Oregon, Washington, Arizona, Colorado, Montana, New Mexico, Utah, and Wyoming.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Perform examinations of policyholder's accounting and financial records to ensure accurate calculation of earned premiums for risks of moderate complexity.
  2. Plan, organize, and manage assigned workload and territory.
  3. Provide timely and accurate service to insureds, agents, and internal partners for the completion of audits.
  4. Ensure audited exposures are accurately calculated and resolve disputes/questions arising from audits.
  5. Assist in training new auditors and provide technical advice to customers.
  6. Develop and maintain positive customer relationships and anticipate customer needs.
  7. Participate in short-term projects within the scope of the role.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree with 5+ years in Casualty Premium Audit OR
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent with 7+ years of experience in Casualty Premium Audit OR
  • Zurich-approved Apprenticeship Program including an Associate Degree with 5+ years of relevant experience.

Additional requirements include experience with laptop auditing, Microsoft Office, and knowledge of industry-specific rules and practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • APA or CPCU certifications
  • Strong communication skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

Compensation for this role ranges from $64,600 to $137,670, with a 10% short-term incentive bonus. Zurich is committed to fair pay and offers comprehensive benefits, fostering an inclusive environment where diverse perspectives are valued.
