Job Summary

Summary: Delivers and serves food at scheduled functions, ensuring accurate execution during shifts. Sets up and serves at events; cleans the area during and after events; breaks down setups, and leaves the area tidy. Returns leftover food and equipment promptly to the catering facility.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Assembles and delivers food and supplies for catered functions and suites.
• Logs and maintains food temperatures.
• Arranges tables, decorations, and buffet setups according to standards.
• Serves food and beverages to guests.
• Ensures the location is thoroughly cleaned after events.
• Returns equipment and leftover food to the catering facility or suites.
• Maintains and cleans catering facilities and equipment.
• Provides friendly, courteous service to guests at all times.
• Maintains knowledge of menu and products.
• Ensures a safe and clean work environment.
• Follows safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
