ZINTEX Remodeling Group is hiring experienced acrylic shower and bath installers for NW Louisiana. This 1099 independent contractor opportunity provides pre-sold, scheduled projects with local production support and no bidding.

Installers are paid weekly and can earn strong income based on project volume and skill. Ideal candidates bring hands-on bathroom remodeling experience, plumbing skills, own transportation, and a commitment to high-quality installations within customers’ homes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of bathroom remodeling or home renovation experience.
• Hands-on plumbing skills, including valves, fixtures, drains, PEX, tubs, showers or related plumbing.
• Own truck, enclosed trailer, box truck, or full-size van with installation tools.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 100 lbs.
• Strong measuring, power tool, and finish-work abilities.
• Professional communication with homeowners and production staff.

Responsibilities

• Perform tear-outs and demolition of existing tubs, showers, and wet areas.
• Install acrylic shower and bath wall systems and pans/tubs.
• Complete tub-to-shower conversions and related plumbing connections.
• Finish drywall, trim, caulking, and related details.
• Handle upgrades such as flooring, cabinets, countertops as needed.
• Maintain clean, safe workspaces inside occupied homes.
• Follow installation standards and complete documentation.
