You will coach branch staff, collaborate with partners, and drive referral activity. The role requires FINRA licenses and Life/Health insurance, with a strong focus on client-centric solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• FINRA Series 7 and 66 (or 63,65) required.
• Life and Health Insurance license required.

Responsibilities

• Consults on investment and insurance strategies and develops financial plans for clients.
• Grows and retains an investment and insurance book of business; owns client experience and handles sales and service.
• Acquires, expands and maintains client relationships through business development and networking.
