Description and Requirements
General Description: Responsible for independently and proactively managing Premier in Client Tiers 2 and 3 (HNW & Affluent). Activities include renewal marketing, handling client questions and requests, and completing an annual client review with thorough risk assessment of current and future exposures. Must meet service standards and best practices developed by USI.
- Provide technical expertise with service of new and existing clients.
- Maintain renewal expirations and avoid coverage lapses.
- Make insurance program recommendations.
- Respond to underwriters’ questions in a timely and professional manner.
- Prepare proposals and summaries of insurance.
- Maintain high accuracy in agency and document management systems.
- Guide clients in submitting first reports of claims and facilitate carrier responses.
- Identify exposures to loss and recommend appropriate coverage.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain a minimum of 95% retention of Client Accounts by proactive engagement.
- Provide technical expertise with a consultative approach.
- Maintain renewal expirations and avoid lapses.

- Prepare proposals and summaries of insurance as needed.
- Maintain high accuracy in agency management and document systems.
- Guide clients in reporting claims.
- Identify loss exposures and recommend coverage.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- 8 years’ experience in Personal Lines Property & Casualty Insurance.
- High School Graduate; college degree preferred.
- Must hold state Property & Casualty insurance license.
- Industry designation such as ARM, CIC, CPCU, CPRIA or intent to pursue one.
- Strong written, oral and interpersonal communication skills.
- Knowledge of Sagitta/WorkSmart preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with minimal instruction and high accuracy.
- Sets priorities and manages workflow efficiently.
- Team‑oriented.
- Keeps informed about industry developments.
- Effective communicator to achieve business goals.

This is a Paid Time Off/Paid Sick Leave eligible position offering 18 days per year. It is bonus eligible with a target incentive of 5%. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
