Job summary

USI Insurance Services in Dallas is seeking a Preferred Senior Client Services Account Manager to manage and retain Personal Risk client accounts within our Preferred Service Team. You will lead renewal marketing, respond to client inquiries, and conduct coverage reviews.

This role requires handling complex insurance situations, overseeing special projects, and applying your industry knowledge to deliver exceptional service to clients.

Qualifications

  • 5 years of experience in Personal Lines Property & Casualty insurance with a comprehensive understanding of coverages, underwriting, and rating concepts.
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
  • Must hold a Property & Casualty insurance license.
  • Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
  • Proficiency with internet‑based programs and Microsoft Office; knowledge of Sagitta/WorkSmart preferred.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast‑paced environment with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Exceptional organizational skills to prioritize and manage workflow efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a high volume of inbound calls and participate in the daily rotating call queue.
  • Independently service client accounts using carrier websites and online rating systems.
  • Provide technical expertise on insurance coverage, products, and industry updates. Identify cross‑selling opportunities and execute client requests.
  • Assess client exposure and recommend appropriate coverages.
  • Prepare and submit new and renewal marketing submissions. Evaluate carrier quotes for proper coverages and make insurance program recommendations.
  • Respond to underwriters' questions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate client files and documentation per company workflows and best practices. Ensure data integrity in agency management systems.
  • Produce and monitor monthly reports to ensure timely policy renewals and resolve discrepancies.
  • Stay current on industry developments, new products, legislation, coverages, and technology.
