Engages with assigned leaders and their direct reports to consult on business needs and understand priorities within the region and line of business. Specialists provide business process training, administrative support, and contributes materials and content that enable leaders to execute routines, behaviors, and activities in the field. In addition, specialists assist with planning, new hire onboarding, book maintenance, operations support and serve as subject matter experts on tools, system applications, and other daily operating items.

- 1. Monitor and report profile, hierarchy, and status changes that have licensing and registration impact.
- 2. Create and present supplemental training and execution materials to assist with teammate development and business execution.
- 3. Assist premier leaders with assessments of teammate regulatory compliance adherence.
- 4. Interact with internal and/or external clients to answer questions, research and resolve problems requiring in-depth knowledge of the function
- 5. Execute on all risk management disciplines and expectations; includes following policies and procedures, monitoring region training completion, and driving training completion of assigned teams
- 6. Maintain an understanding of premier banking incentive plan and exception process
- 7. Maintain proficient knowledge of premier banking/CSBB lending systems, centralized lending process and protocols, lending resource applications, NMLS requirements and renewal process, recognize execution gaps and recommend systems, and process training solutions for efficiency.
- 8. Lead onboarding and off boarding task in partnership with premier leaders; Order equipment, introduce internal network and resources, initiate, and comply with regulatory requirements for new hires and exiting teammates, assign, or terminate connectivity and access, and inspect compliance with communications standards set to registered representatives and investment adviser representatives.
- 9. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders (region directors, team directors, premier bankers, analytics partners, incentive managers, and partners) that provide value and drive efficiency and effectiveness in the business
- 10. Provide best in class time management and administrative support to leaders that include expense management, travel planning, in person and virtual meeting coordination, ad hoc outlier reporting, other assigned tasks
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications:
- 1. Associate degree or equivalent education and related training
- 2. Five or more years of related financial services experience
- 3. Demonstrated leadership skills, relationship-building expertise with clients, teammates, and other internal partners
- 4. Ability to communicate effectively across multiple levels
- 5. Ability to work independently, meticulous, strong time management and organizational skills
- 6. Ability to identify and resolve issues
- 7. Demonstrated technical ability with regards to remote access and proficiency with computer applications such as Microsoft office.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1. Bachelors degree
- 2. Seven or more years of related financial services experience
- 3. Licensing and registrations experience
