Engages with assigned leaders and their direct reports to consult on business needs and understand priorities within the region and line of business. Specialists provide business process training, administrative support, and contributes materials and content that enable leaders to execute routines, behaviors, and activities in the field. In addition, specialists assist with planning, new hire onboarding, book maintenance, operations support and serve as subject matter experts on tools, system applications, and other daily operating items.

All regular teammates (not temporary or contingent workers) working 20 hours or more per week are eligible for benefits, though eligibility for specific benefits may be determined by the division of Truist offering the position.
