Job Title: Floater – Operations Support

Job Purpose:
The Floater plays a key role in maintaining seamless operations across various client locations. This position ensures consistent service delivery and supports business profitability by filling in for staffing gaps wherever needed. Floaters are dynamic team members who are adaptable, well-trained, and reliable, stepping in wherever and whenever necessary to ensure operational success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide coverage for staffing shortages across multiple sites by being trained in all roles and locations.

• Be available to work at various sites during the hours of 4:30 PM to 1:00 AM, with flexibility for other shifts as needed, including weekends.

• Report to assigned locations as directed by the Supervisor, arriving promptly at the designated start time.

• Submit monthly supply orders for unmanned locations by the 1st of each month.

• Communicate daily with the Supervisor regarding labor overages and any customer issues, providing explanations as needed.

• Conduct post-shift walkthroughs following work completed by temporary cleaners or EOCs (Emergency On-Call staff).

• Assist the Supervisor in onboarding and training new staff to maintain high service standards.

Training & Development:
All Floaters will undergo comprehensive cross-training in various roles and locations to ensure readiness for deployment at any site.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Ability to learn and perform a wide range of tasks across different job sites.

• Strong communication and accountability skills.

• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.

• Previous experience in janitorial, facilities, or similar operational support roles is a plus.

Working Conditions:

• Exposure to varying work environments including heights and airborne particles.

• The work may be physically demanding and occasionally noisy.
