About Gray Digital Media (GDM)

The Gray Digital Media Sales team is tasked with keeping our station’s sales staff informed and engaged in selling. This position is fast-paced, challenging, strategic, and rewarding. We are looking for self-starters interested in leading and developing great salespeople. You must be comfortable handling big accounts, making strategic decisions, and addressing campaign issues from start to finish. Confidence in managing change and handling opposition is essential.

Job Summary/Description

The Premier Digital Sales Strategist role will focus on assisting the Premier Sales Directors with strategy development, working directly with our local stations, and helping manage digital revenue for bilingual and Spanish-language campaigns. Speaking Spanish is required, as this position will involve meeting with clients on sales calls to present both digital and broadcast solutions. This is a fully remote position and can be applied for in any state in which Gray conducts business.

Duties/Responsibilities
  • Assist with strategy development and sales presentations for key bilingual and Spanish-language campaigns
  • Conduct high-level client meetings and calls
  • Participate in station visits
  • Assist with station sales meetings periodically
  • Support the corporate Training team with digital curriculum and training
  • Ensure stations are on track to budget
  • Reporting and translation tasks
  • Strategy development
  • Role-play scenarios
Qualifications/Requirements
  • Spanish-speaking/Bilingual
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent job experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PPT
  • Superior multitasking and management skills; able to work cross-functionally and handle multiple requests daily
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem resolution skills
