Job summary

You will conduct patrols, monitor access, respond to incidents, complete daily activity reports, and provide directions with a welcoming attitude.

Qualifications

• Active guard card required where applicable.
• Valid driver's license with clean MVR.
• Minimum 5 years of customer service in a public-facing role.
• Minimum 1-2 years of professional security experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine patrols of indoor and outdoor areas on foot or by vehicle.
• Maintain a professional security presence and observe for unusual activity.
• Monitor access points, verify identifications, and manage visitor credentials.
• Respond to disturbances and incidents with calm, professional communication.
• Complete accurate daily activity and incident reports using TrackTik or similar systems.
• Provide courteous directions and information to tenants and guests while upholding safety.
