JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

This position is responsible for managing concierge and security services and resident relations, working directly with vendors, on-site staff, and team members to ensure residents' needs are met.

JOB DETAILS

The hourly wage range for this position is $24.00 - $26.00.

Additional Compensation

Many factors influence employee pay within this range, including business requirements, experience, skills, and location.

  • Corporate Positions: In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for quarterly or annual bonuses based on individual and company performance.
  • Onsite Property Positions: In addition to base salary, this role may qualify for weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly bonus programs.
