Job summary

BMO in Denver is seeking an experienced Retail Banking Sales & Service professional to act as the primary client contact, uncover financial needs, and deliver holistic banking and investment solutions in compliance with regulatory policies.

You will collaborate with the local team and community partners to build relationships, drive new client acquisition, grow AUM, and promote digital platform adoption while meeting sales targets.

Qualifications

• Typically, 3+ years of relevant experience; post-secondary degree preferred, not required.
• Proven experience in a financial services organization with banking products and profitability awareness.
• Licenses: SIE; State Life and Health; Series 6, 63 and 65 OR Series 7 and 66; if not held, must obtain within 120 days.

Responsibilities

• Acts as the primary client contact to uncover financial needs and provide holistic banking and investment solutions.
• Collaborates with the Financial Advisor and community partners to build relationships and grow assets.
• Acquires new clients, increases deposits and investments, and promotes digital platform adoption.
• Develops business plans, sales strategies, and executes initiatives to meet targets.
• Sources new revenue through client acquisition and deepening relationships while ensuring regulatory compliance.
