The Country Club at Woodmore is seeking a professional Banquet Server to join our events team. This role focuses on delivering exceptional food and beverage service for private events, weddings, and member functions while upholding club standards.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, capable of working in a fast-paced setting, and comfortable collaborating with banquet captains, kitchen staff, and management to ensure a polished guest experience.

Qualifications

• Previous serving, banquet, hospitality or food service preferred; training may be provided.
• Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and a team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays based on events.

Responsibilities

• Set up banquet rooms, dining areas, tables, chairs, linens and place settings per event specs.
• Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high service standards.
• Greet members and guests courteously and respond to their needs during events.
• Maintain a clean, organized dining and service area before, during and after events.
• Follow food safety, sanitation and responsible alcohol service procedures.
• Communicate with banquet captain, kitchen staff, catering team and management for smooth execution.
• Assist with event breakdown, clearing tables and resetting rooms for future functions.
• Accommodate guest requests and dietary needs with attentive, personalized service.
• Follow club service standards, dress code and operating procedures.
• Perform additional duties to support banquet and catering teams.
