Serve as the primary relationship manager for a portfolio of financially complex client relationships within the mass affluent market segment within the Truist footprint. In a de novo circumstance, establish a new managed portfolio of financially complex client relationships within the segment. Utilize financial planning and advisory concepts to develop relationships and provide retail solutions including banking, mortgage, planning, investments, and insurance. Leverage the Truist referral network for client acquisition and service.
Essential functions include:
Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field, with at least five years of financial services experience, or one year in a client relationship role. Active FINRA licenses and compliance with the SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act are required. Strong interpersonal, sales, and communication skills are essential.
Preferred qualifications include a master’s degree, experience in mass affluent banking, and professional certifications such as CFP or CFA. Leadership training or banking school completion is also preferred.
