Job Description

Serve as primary relationship manager for a portfolio of financially complex client relationships within the mass affluent market segment. Utilize financial planning and advisory concepts to develop relationships and provide retail solutions including banking, mortgage, planning, investments, and insurance. Leverage Truist’s referral network for client acquisition and service.

Essential Functions
  • Manage a portfolio of mass affluent clients, providing personalized service and retail banking products.
  • Understand client financial needs and collaborate with financial advisors on investment accounts.
  • Stay informed on market trends and serve as a financial resource for clients and their advisors.
  • Meet revenue, profitability, and retention goals through client development and marketing.
  • Work with internal specialists to support client needs and ensure seamless service.
  • Build relationships with external centers of influence to enhance business development.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and audit requirements.
  • Participate in the development of the Premier Banking program.
Qualifications

Required: Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field; 5+ years of financial services experience; FINRA licenses (Series 6/7/66 or 63/65), insurance licenses; strong interpersonal and sales skills.

Preferred: Master’s degree; experience in mass affluent banking; professional certifications (CFP, CFA, AAMS, CTFA, CLU, ChFC); leadership training or banking school.
