Job summary

Qualifications

• Availability to work flexible shift hours up to 5 days per week.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Trains and supervises package handlers and clerks on safety and productivity.
• Maintains attendance records and submits timecards.
• Develops good working relationships with employees, management and customers.
• Conducts and participates in group meetings and coordinates evaluations.
• Determines best solutions for package concerns and supervises daily activities.
