Job summary

UPS seeks a supervisor to train and oversee package handlers and clerks, focusing on safety, productivity, and on-time task completion. You’ll lead teams, monitor attendance, and submit timecards with accountability.

You will foster teamwork, coordinate trainings and evaluations, handle package issues, and uphold UPS’s high ethical standards in daily operations.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kg.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week
• Strong problem solving skills with multitasking ability
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent - Preferred
• Management experience - Preferred
