Job summary

UPS is seeking a supervisor to train and oversee Package Handlers and Clerks in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The candidate ensures safety, productivity, and attendance while coordinating with management and customers.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree or international equivalent, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and experience in a leadership role within logistics or a similar setting.

• Understands and consistently demonstrates UPS's high ethical standards and code of conduct.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week
• Strong problem solving skills, with ability to multitask
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent - Preferred
• Management experience - Preferred
