Premier Plaintiff Personal Injury Law Firm is seeking an additional Attorney to join our busy, successful team and work in Pre-Litigation.

This Attorney will understand the Pre-Litigation stages of Personal Injury Law and be licensed to practice law in the State of Nevada to qualify for an interview.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of PI experience on the Plaintiff side
• Experience in Demands and Negotiating Settlements
• Strong Analytical skills and Excellent Negotiation skills

We have an Intake department staffed with Attorneys, and we will provide Case Managers to write demands under your supervision and approval.

Our benefits include health, dental, and eye care, along with 401K and other large benefits. Salary depends on experience, with a very competitive range of $150-180K, DOE, plus bonuses.
