KinderCare Learning Companies is hiring early childhood educators in Wisconsin, inviting you to support children's learning journeys in caring classrooms. You'll guide activities, foster confidence, and partner with families to promote development in a supportive, inclusive environment.

As a team member, you’ll bring strong customer service, organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task while ensuring safety.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task and handle multiple situations effectively
• Possess active Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential or meet NAEYC and state Pre-K candidacy requirements
• Meet state specific Pre-K guidelines for the role
• Physically able to use a computer with basic proficiency and visual contact with children, see and hear well enough to keep children safe, and engage in physical activity with children
• Able to assume postures in low levels to allow physical and visual contact with children, see and hear well enough to keep children safe, and engage in physical activity with children
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and their parents in English
