KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a dedicated Teacher to support early childhood education across Wisconsin. You will implement our curriculum, create a safe, nurturing classroom, and partner with parents to promote each child’s growth.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service, strong organizational skills, and ability to multi-task across situations.
• Meet state-specific qualifications or willingness to obtain them.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.

Responsabilités

• Implement KinderCare's curriculum in line with the needs of each child.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner and connect with parents to support children’s care and education.
• Support center success by collaborating with staff and leadership on enrollment and engagement.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and partners.
