Ampersand Therapy in Lancaster, SC is hiring a PreK Special Education Teacher for the 2026-2027 school year. This full-time role supports diverse learners in a school-based setting and offers up to $50/hour.

You will develop and implement IEPs, provide targeted instruction, collaborate with general education teachers, families, and specialists, and monitor progress. A SC DOE teaching certificate in Multicategorical or Early Learning with Extensions is required, with W-2 benefits included.

Qualifications

• Must have SCDOE Teaching Certificate in Multicategorical or Early Learning with Early Learning Disabilities Extension.
• In-person, full-time position.
• Experience with IEPs and school-based instruction preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement IEPs tailored to student needs.
• Provide specialized instruction across academic subjects.
• Manage classroom behavior and create a supportive environment.
• Collaborate with general education teachers, specialists, and families.
