Mary Our Queen School is seeking a qualified individual to support our growing early childhood education program.

Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

• Work cooperatively with the lead teacher to implement lessons and activities.
• Maintain prompt and regular attendance during assigned work hours.
• Guide and support students individually or in small groups to reinforce learning.
• Assist the teacher in implementing classroom procedures and routines.
• Ensure students follow school and class rules.
• Supervise and support students in the classroom, collaboration area, lunchroom, and during recess.
• Assist the teacher in preparing materials for lessons.
• Maintain a cooperative relationship with Principal, lead teacher, staff, and the public.
• Demonstrate ethical behavior and confidentiality.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Principal or lead teacher.
• Communicate clearly and positively with students and stakeholders.

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in education or related field preferred.
• Experience as a paraprofessional, teaching assistant, or similar role preferred.
• Experience working with preschool or elementary-aged students.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
