Job summary

Coralwood Diagnostic Center in Decatur, GA seeks a Pre-K Paraprofessional to support instruction and student development. The role includes implementing lessons, assisting with behavior and classroom management, and helping with assessments and materials preparation.

Qualifications

• Minimum of sixty (60) semester hours or ninety (90) quarter hours with GPA 2.0 from an accredited college or university.
• High school diploma/GED and a passing score on the Georgia GACE Paraprofessional Assessment.

Responsibilities

• Provide small group and/or individualized instruction according to lesson plans.
• Assist teachers with daily classroom management to maintain an effective learning environment.
• Assist teachers with assessment of student performance and related recordkeeping.
• Assist with development and organization of instructional materials and ensure availability.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
