Decatur Public Schools, Decatur Northside Elementary in Decatur, AR is seeking a 2026-2027 Pre-K Paraprofessional Aide to support early learners. The role requires a high school diploma (or equivalent) and advancement of 60 college credits or an associate degree, with state-approved testing (ETS Parapro) to demonstrate readiness in reading, writing, and math.

The position is full-time with hourly pay in the low to mid-teens, and the incumbent will work under the supervision of the High School

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent and 60 college credits or an associate degree.
• Must pass Arkansas ETS Parapro Assessment with a score of 457.
• Title I paraprofessional qualifications may apply depending on LEA requirements.
