Job summary

My3tech-Inc is seeking a program coordinator with a strong background in Medicaid/Medicare care coordination, case management, and grants oversight. The role involves coordinating with supervisors, health staff, and state officials to resolve program issues, plus travel for meetings and public speaking.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience (or a 4-5 year degree substitute), deep knowledge of waiver services and addiction treatment policies, and preferably an Indiana Navigator License.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 4-5 years of experience can substitute the degree.
• Experience with Medicaid/Medicare care coordination and case management.
• Extensive understanding of Medicaid, waivers, managed care, and related laws and procedures.
• Knowledge of state/federal laws and policies on addiction treatment.
• Experience managing federal/state grants and budget oversight.
• Experience with planning, program development and evaluation.
• Experience with stakeholder engagement including advocates and service providers.
• Proficiency with standard word processing, spreadsheets, and databases.
• Indiana Navigator License highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate program activities with supervisor, health staff, and stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Attend meetings at Government Center and off-site locations statewide.
• Public speaking and in-state travel may be required.
• Assist in planning, development, and evaluation of programs.

Personal Work Relationships:Relationships are with the supervisor, quality and contract compliance staff, FSSA and State Department of Health staff, contractors, federal and state officials, health organizations and the public, to coordinate the program, share information and resolve program issues; also closely with insurance and community care coordinators and grant enrollees.Physical Effort:No unusual physical effort required; may occasionally lift up to 10 lbs. Extended computer use is required. Must attend meetings at various locations throughout the Government Center and off-site locations statewide.Working Conditions:Standard office environment. Some in-state travel required for meetings or public speaking engagements.
