Job summary

Worth & Company, Inc. is seeking a mechanically inclined Prefabrication Mechanic to join our Bucks County fabrication team.

You will assemble bathroom skids, pipe hangers, stands, and other prefabricated plumbing assemblies according to specifications while handling copper piping and related materials. The ideal candidate has hands-on skills with soldering or brazing, strong attention to detail, good manual dexterity, and the ability to read measurements.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude with the ability to use hand and power tools safely.
• Experience working with copper pipe preferred.
• Knowledge of soldering and brazing techniques preferred.
• Plumbing, HVAC, pipefitting, manufacturing, or mechanical assembly experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Assemble bathroom skids, pipe hangers, stands, and other prefabricated assemblies according to specifications.

This role is responsible for assembling bathroom skids, pipe hangers, stands, and other prefabricated plumbing assemblies. The ideal candidate has a strong attention to detail, enjoys working with their hands, and has experience with copper pipe, soldering, brazing, or related mechanical assembly work. We are willing to train a dependable individual with a strong work ethic and desire to learn.
