Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) years of field construction experience required.
• Experience as a Foreman, Lead Installer, Project Engineer, or similar.
• Practical field experience is mandatory.
• Prefabrication or manufacturing exposure is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead prefab kickoff meetings and define project scope.
• Develop and maintain prefab production schedules.
• Coordinate detailing priorities and ensure drawing packages are complete.
• Monitor prefab labor hours against estimated budgets.
• Spend time on the shop floor reviewing assemblies.
