Job summary

Prime Controls, L.P. in Dallas, Texas is seeking a Pre-Fab Associate to build control panels and wiring per engineered drawings. This hands-on role offers 13 openings with temp-to-perm potential after 90 days and employee ownership thereafter.

You'll assemble panels, measure and mount components, and follow safety and quality standards. Training is provided for the right candidate with attention to detail and pride in workmanship.

Qualifications

• Assembly, manufacturing, construction, or skilled-trades experience (a plus — we'll train the right person).
• Comfort with hand and power tools and the ability to read a tape measure.
• Ability to read basic drawings/work orders, or the willingness to learn.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in your work.

Responsibilities

• Assemble panels, wiring harnesses, conduit, and components per work orders and drawings.
• Measure, cut, label, and mount components accurately.
• Use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Follow build instructions and quality standards; flag issues early.
• Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe.
