Prime Controls, L.P. in Texas is seeking a Pre-Fab Associate to help assemble control panels, wiring, and components powering critical infrastructure nationwide.
This hands-on role follows engineered drawings and work orders, with a clear path to a permanent seat and ESOP after 90 days. You’ll build clean, accurate assemblies in our prefabrication shop, measure and mount components, and follow safety and quality standards while keeping your work area organized.

Physical requirements and work environment expectations vary by position.
