Job summary

CBRE Reliability Technician role focuses on supporting site reliability via Predictive Maintenance training, dashboard review, and coaching across facilities. You will help site teams understand PdM technologies, identify equipment concerns, and improve maintenance practices through hands-on education.

This position requires up to 75% travel to support site training, PdM activities, and reliability initiatives, with no formal supervisory responsibilities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 1–2 years of relevant technical, maintenance, or reliability experience.
• Basic understanding of maintenance, equipment reliability, or Predictive Maintenance (PdM) practices.
• Ability to learn and provide technical training and hands-on coaching.
• Ability to review dashboards, identify basic trends, and communicate findings to site teams.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on PdM training to site maintenance teams.
• Monitor reliability and condition-monitoring dashboards to identify trends and equipment concerns.
• Provide technical coaching to improve PdM practices.
• Assist with PdM activities such as vibration monitoring, infrared thermography, and ultrasound.
• Maintain training and reliability documentation.
• Collaborate with site teams to identify knowledge gaps and improve technician capability.
• Follow reliability, maintenance, safety, and compliance procedures.
• Travel up to 75% to support sites for PdM training and reliability initiatives.
• No formal supervisory responsibilities.
