Job summary

Paramount is seeking a self-motivated Prediction Markets Staff Writer and Editor (Contract) in New York. You will build and maintain site reviews, publish daily articles on Prediction Market news, promotions, and bonuses, and serve as editor to ensure grammar, accuracy, and compliance across the ecosystem.

• Strong knowledge of SEO best practices and success in development and implementation of SEO content strategy.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
• At least five years’ experience writing and publishing content with reputable media outlets or institutions.
• Bachelor’s Degree in journalism, electronic media, or a similar field preferred.

Role Details

We are looking for a new team member who is a self-starter who works well in a team environment and has strong communication skills. He or she either is familiar with the Prediction Market industry or is ready and eager to learn.In this role, you will play a key part in our Prediction Market affiliate content and coverage,building our reviews, news, and sales funnel from the ground up in conjunction with a variety ofteams.

Your Day-to-Day:

• Write, publish, update, and maintain multiple core Prediction Market site reviews and landing pages
• Write and publish multiple daily articles with a focus on Prediction Market news, promotions, and bonuses
• Serve as a Prediction Market editor, correcting grammar, fact-checking, maintaining
  compliance, and marketing Prediction Market content throughout our ecosystem
• Help plan Prediction Market coverage in conjunction with editorial and marketing teams
• Be proactive in Prediction Market industry evolution and forward-thinking for future content needs
• Implement and monitor strong SEO best practices for Prediction Market content

Hiring Salary Range: $20.0 - 28.0.

The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York City, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
