Qualifications

• Strong understanding of commercial construction processes and costs.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-bid document reviews.
• Use take-off software to generate project take-offs.
• Request and verify quotes from suppliers.
