Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CM, architecture or engineering and 10+ years in estimating, design management or field management.
• Proven experience leading preconstruction for large, complex projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction principles and subcontractor coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead preconstruction efforts, budgets, and schedules with project teams.
• Coordinate with owners, designers, and McCarthy stakeholders during preconstruction.
• Oversee bid processes, value engineering, and risk management activities.
• Prepare contract documents and maintain design information for estimates.
• Represent McCarthy in design and coordination meetings and lead issue tracking.
