Supports the daily operations of the Preconstruction team through coordination and communication with Preconstruction management, estimators, subcontractors, and internal departments. The Preconstruction Specialist provides administrative and project support for bidding, subcontractor outreach, bid documentation, GMP bidding activities, and other preconstruction support functions.
This position works with attention to detail and increasing independence while supporting project deadlines, departmental processes, and the overall needs of the Preconstruction team.
