Job summary

IT Landes Company, LLC is seeking a Preconstruction Plumbing Estimator to support Senior Plumbing & HVAC estimators within the Preconstruction team. You will perform detailed takeoffs, develop pricing, and prepare bid summaries while coordinating with vendors and subcontractors.

The role requires strong blueprint reading, attention to detail, and effective communication across office, field, and suppliers. This on-site PA position offers a company-wide bonus program, medical/dental/vision, 401K,

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret plumbing drawings and specifications.
• Experience with detailed takeoffs and bid pricing.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Familiarity with estimating software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate quotes, takeoffs, and information needed for final bid pricing.
• Prepare bid summaries and scopes of work for review.
• Distribute bid requests to vendors and subcontractors; track responses.
• Assist lead estimators with pricing and quotes; perform manual takeoffs.
• Review project specifications and value engineering opportunities.
• Support project handoff with Senior Estimator & Operations.
