Responsibilities

• Prepare conceptual, schematic, design development estimates and proposals.
• Produce polished, professional documents in various formats.
• Develop detailed, accurate budgets from early project concepts.
• Provide clarifications and solutions to project challenges.
• Facilitate transition from preconstruction to construction phases.
• Generate project marketing materials.
• Assist with follow-up on subcontracts or proposals.
• Maintain various tracking logs and document management systems.
