Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 5+ years of related experience as a Project Manager or Preconstruction Manager, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to lead large estimates and manage estimating processes and timelines.
• Strong communication skills, both in person and virtual, with a proven work ethic and self-starter attitude.
• Proficiency with conceptual, design assist, hard bid and self-perform estimating.

Responsibilities

• Manage estimating process and timelines to meet company objectives, short- and long-term.
• Provide leadership, direction, and training for all estimators from beginners to seasoned professionals.
• Assist with design and selection of system components.
• Review invitations to bid and assess project scope, documents, and manpower to determine bidding strategy.
• Oversee bid submissions and coordination across Electrical Construction, Fire Alarm, Voice Data, Audio Visual, Security, and Electrical Service groups.
