You will partner with clients, design teams, and subcontractors to establish project scopes and competitive bids, leading a team of estimators and driving cost optimization before construction begins.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction or engineering is required or equivalent apprenticeship.
• At least 6 years of experience in estimating or project management.
• Proven leadership and ability to mentor a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of comprehensive budgets and schedules with accurate estimates.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors on scopes and pricing.
• Identify and mitigate project risks before construction.
• Prepare and submit competitive bids analyzing specs and drawings.
• Suggest cost-saving measures without compromising quality.
• Lead and mentor a team of estimators.
• Serve as main point of contact during preconstruction and build strong client relationships.
• Interpret historical data to ensure pricing accuracy.
