A fast-growing and esteemed Developer in the area is looking for a Preconstruction Manager. This Developer has a backlog of diverse commercial projects valued up to $50M, local to the area, that stretch over the next two years. The Preconstruction Manager will be a cornerstone for the company and an integral part of the leadership team!

Preconstruction Manager Responsibilities:

  • Direct the overall planning and development of new project activities and the activities of all current projects
  • Assist in schedule development
  • Advise the client and other project team members concerning base building and internal project management. Evaluate and critique the progress of design development, budget, and schedule
  • Develop conceptual estimates utilizing market data
  • Determine quantities of materials during early stages of the design
  • Develop scopes of work for all project related trades

Preconstruction Manager Qualifications:

  • B.S. in Construction Management or a Related Degree is Strongly Preferred, but Extensive Work-Related Experience will be considered
  • 10+ Years Project Management and Estimating experience in Commercial Construction
  • Excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skills
  • Demonstrated leadership experience
  • Proficiency in the Development of Commercial Construction Projects
