AnderCorp, LLC is seeking a Preconstruction Manager in Huntsville, AL to drive accurate, competitive project estimates from concept through bid. You will lead the preconstruction process by evaluating requirements, developing cost estimates, identifying risks, and collaborating with clients, design teams, subcontractors, vendors, operations, and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead detailed quantity takeoffs and pricing across multiple CSI divisions.
• Develop conceptual, budget, and bid estimates using current market conditions and historical data.
• Analyze subcontractor and vendor proposals, scope, exclusions, and pricing.
• Develop project schedules, General Conditions, and overall estimate summaries.
• Identify project risks, scope gaps, and cost opportunities.
• Develop and communicate complete project cost models to management.
• Assist with purchasing, buyout, and subcontract development.
• Work closely with operations, subcontractors, vendors, and leadership.

The Preconstruction Manager plays a critical role in developing accurate, competitive, and complete project estimates from concept through bid. This position leads the preconstruction process by evaluating project requirements, developing detailed cost estimates, identifying risks and opportunities, and collaborating with clients, design teams, subcontractors, vendors, operations, and company leadership.
