Qualifications

• Proficiency in producing quantity takeoffs and cost estimates with accuracy and rigor.
• Excellent risk and scope review skills, including gap/assumption analysis.
• Ability to develop competitive bid strategies and evaluate cost drivers.
• Skilled at coordinating subcontractors and aligning scopes across stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset focused on continuous improvement of pricing and estimates.
• Willingness to travel as needed (up to 10%).
