Rise Technical in Albany, NY is seeking an experienced estimator to lead preconstruction efforts on large-scale civil, environmental and infrastructure projects. You will contribute to pricing strategies, assess risk, and help shape successful bids in a dynamic contractor environment.

Salary: $150,000 - $180,000+ (DOE) + Medical Benefits + 401(k) + PTO + Stability + Bonus

• Leadership & Pursuit Strategy – Leading preconstruction efforts.
• Estimating & Risk Evacuation – Preparing estimates and analyzing plans.
• Collaboration & Project handoff – Participating in pre-bid meetings and site visits and tracking bid results.

The Person:

• Experience in the civil / utilities / pump stations or WW projects.
