The role focuses on managing and refining preconstruction processes to ensure a healthy backlog of work for our business unit, including bid strategy, estimating accuracy, and client negotiations.

Responsibilities include building market relationships, aligning projects with capacity, and delivering smooth turnover to Lithko Operations

Qualifications

• Geographical expert at knowing various work opportunities in the commercial construction market.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Strong business development background and construction market knowledge.
• Strong estimating background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities in the commercial construction market and build relationships within the market to secure new business.
• Align future projects with the unit's capabilities and capacity.
• Validate for correct and accurate estimates and formulate bid strategies.
• Prepare and manage our teams to execute by understanding project details and customer expectations.
• Deliver projects to Lithko Operations Teams by using the turnover process.
