Job summary

Frampton Construction Co is seeking an Assistant Preconstruction Manager to support the preconstruction team by managing assigned scopes, coordinating trade partners, and developing accurate estimates that reflect design intent and FCC standards.

You will lead project teams from inception to turnover, stay abreast of cost trends, and ensure consistency with preconstruction processes, mentoring staff and contributing to successful pursuits.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 3 years in preconstruction or related fields with team management.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project teams from inception to turnover, aligning with client objectives and FCC standards.
• Stay updated on cost trends, material lead times, and components to provide precise estimates.
• Implement preconstruction standards, kickoff meetings, proposal delivery, and branding.
• Mentor and develop team members, supporting growth in technical and leadership competencies.
