Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in Commercial Construction for a Self-Perform General Contractor or Concrete Contractor.
• Self-perform experience of concrete is required.
• General knowledge of construction principles/practices, with experience on projects over 1 million dollars.

Responsibilities

• Manage bid strategy and bid estimates for new projects.
• Build relationships to identify new business opportunities.
• Deliver projects to Operations Teams using proper turnover process.
